Spring 2025 - Softball

📅 Key Dates:

Online registration opens on 12/01/2024 and will close on 1/10/2025. https://www.playhya.com/

If an age group has a Wait List prior to 1/10 please still register and you will be contacted via email.

There will be a Capacity per age group based off of the current available Coaches we have. If capacity is reached, PLEASE still sign up for Waitlist.

**Wait list is on a first come first serve basis. Your spot is not guaranteed. If you are accepted from the wait list, you will be notified via email.

The goal for Waitlist is to allow for the designation of additional players based on Coaching/Team numbers.

Evaluations for 10U - 14U will be held on Saturday, February 1st at Spooky Nook LANCO (time details will be emailed in early January).

Teams will be separated into Major and Minor teams (Minor teams will be Balanced with splitting up of Pitchers/Catchers and all remaining players that did not make the Major Division.

ALL players EXCEPT 8U are required to attend this 1-day evaluation. Any player that does not attend will be placed accordingly and not guaranteed to be on their desired level.

Outside Evaluators will be used NOT coaches.

Practices are scheduled during the week and OPTIONAL practices on weekends, with days and locations provided once teams are determined.

📝 Registration Details:

ALL players must register for their appropriate age group.

Player requests to move up a division are welcome during registration BUT NOT GAURANTEED, and we'll do our best to honor them.

Don't miss the chance to try out for higher age groups during evaluations for 10U - 14U.

Jersey numbers will be based on Seniority within that players age group. Please provide 3 numbers that best suit your player

💡 Volunteer Opportunities:

If you're interested in volunteering, register under the volunteer section. Background clearances are required. Consider volunteering for a committee or Coach.

Discounted rates for ALL coaches. Adjustments will be made to account once confirmed and requirements have been met.

Fees and Age Groups:

Registration fees vary by age group: 8U ($100), 10&U, 12&U, 14&U ($165 each).

Registration includes a Jersey, 2 pairs of socks, Practice Jersey and a Heat Transfer Long Sleeve Jacket, optional Belt

Additional practice jerseys are available for $15.

Additional Socks are available for $8.00

Optional Red Belt at NO COST

Pants ARE NOT part of uniform package due to sizing issues. Will have some on sale during Evaluations/Swing Into Spring

Dates below are not finalized but expect to be close to these dates. More info to come in February

8U: 4/20- 6/8 (with a potential in-season tournament)

10U: 4/16 - 6/4, Playoffs: 6/7 - 6/14

12U: 4/17 - 6/5, Playoffs: 6/7 - 6/14

14U: 4/30 - 6/11, Playoffs: 6/14 - 6/21
