The goal of the HYA Baseball Program is to provide a positive playing experience through teaching sound fundamentals, sportsmanship, confidence and teamwork throughout the various age levels.

Registration Listing

Intramural Fall Baseball 2025

The 2025 Intramural Fall Baseball Season will begin mid-August and run until end October 2025

  • Ponies – Ages 5-7 Born on or after May 1, 2018 and no later than April 30, 2021
  • The pony level is tee-ball, and is to serve as an introduction to baseball. It is generally for 1st year players

  • Minors – Ages 6-8 Born on or after May 1, 2017 and no later than April 30, 2019
  • The minors are generally for 1st or 2nd year players, and is coach pitch baseball. Players who have played a combined total of 2 years at the pony and/or minor level, with at least one year at the minor level, are encouraged to register for our Majors program.

  • Majors – Ages 7-10 Born on or after May 1, 2015 and no later than April 30, 2018
  • The majors are for all players with birthdates between May 1, 2015 and April 30, 2018. Players born during the time frame in the previous sentence with a strong interest in baseball are encouraged to register for the travel baseball program. Players born from May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2018 who show a strong interest in baseball and have played at least one season in our Majors intramural program are encouraged to consider participating in the travel program.
  • Players born after May 1, 2015 and before May 1, 2016 should strongly consider registering for travel baseball as this will be their last year of eligibility at the 10u level. If your child plays their last year of 10u eligibility at the intramural level they will be required to jump directly to the 12u travel baseball level if they desire to continue playing baseball in the future.

Fall Travel Baseball 2025

The Fall Travel Program is a competitive program, but less intense than the Spring program. The Fall Season starts in mid to late August and lasts until late October. There will be two or more practices per week. League games are against teams from other Lancaster County baseball organizations and are played on weekends. 

There are no try-outs, but numbers may be limited based on the number of kids and the number of available teams or head coaches. Evaluations may be held to balance out the teams. 

Your child's age as of next Spring season (2025) will determine the age level for the Fall Season. See below for date ranges at each level.

10U - 9/10 Years of Age   - Birth Date: 5/1/2015 - 4/30/2018

12U - 11/12 Years of Age - Birth Date: 5/1/2013 - 4/30/2015

14U - 13/14 Years of Age - Birth Date: 5/1/2011 - 4/30/2013

Playing Fall Ball does NOT guarantee you a spot on a Spring Team, or that your son will play at the same level in the Spring season.
