Fall Softball Program Description

NO LATE REGISTRATION REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED

Registration Period: July 1st - July 31st

Registration Fee: $125.00 for 10U-14U

8U Level Registration Fee: $75.00

FALL SEASON ONLY: There are no Evaluations

FALL SEASON ONLY: Jerseys will have a Random # with no ability to pick your own

PLAYERS PLANNING TO PLAY UP AN AGE LEVEL WILL NEED TO REGISTER UNDER THEIR AVAILABLE AGE GROUP, AND NOTE THE LEVEL REQUESTED.

MAKE SURE TO REGISTER FOR THE APPROPRIATE AGE GROUP ACCORDING TO WHAT YOU PREFER TO PLAY IN THE SPRING 2026 SEASON.

Program Details:

MAKE SURE TO REGISTER FOR THE APPROPRIATE AGE GROUP ACCORDING TO WHAT YOU PREFER TO PLAY IN THE SPRING 2026 SEASON.
8U Level: Weekly practices with games on Saturdays or Sundays against other 8U HYA teams. Goal is to form at least 2 teams.
Jersey (RED IN COLOR): Provided with random numbers. Please provide shirt size.
Pants/socks/belt: NOT provided in the FALL
Team Placement: Based on available coaches, request of a certain coach (not guaranteed), and number of registrations.
Discount: $25 discount for additional Family participants.

Program Highlights:

The fall softball season is managed by the Susquehanna Valley Umpires Association.
Practices are held twice a week.
There are no Playoffs
Games are double-header 90-minute matches on Saturday mornings or Sunday afternoons, depending on field availability and League provided schedule
Games are played against other associations in Lancaster and Lebanon Counties.
Fall season is made to be less competitive and more of a learning experience than the Spring season.

USA Softball has updated the date used to determine a player's age. Previously, a player's age was determined as of January 1st. The new date will be August 31st. Here’s what this change means:

New Age Determination Date: Players' ages will now be determined based on their age as of August 31st instead of January 1st.
